Wipe Away Those Tears – the charity that grants wishes to terminally ill children in Essex, have received a cheque for seven thousand pounds from Oakleafe Claims. The funds were raised through Oakleafe’s charity golf day back in July and will help the charity to continue to bring a sparkle into the lives of seriously ill children.
Founded in 2006, Wipe Away Those Tears are a charity that aims to grant a wish and bring a sparkle into the lives of terminally and seriously ill children in Essex. Every penny raised goes towards helping these very special children to wipe away those tears during desperate times. Oakleafe honour the amazing work of everyone at Wipe Away Those Tears and are so pleased to have raised funds for them.
Wipe Away Those Tears was one of the three very special charities we chose to raise funds for at our charity golf day in July. It was a great event and so good to see many people coming together for a great cause out in the sun at the beautiful Langdon Hills Golf Country Club. Oakleafe thank everyone who donated and look forward to hosting more charity events in the future!
