A highly regarded loss assessor within the insurance industry. John has over 45 years helping clients with all types of claims as the 7th generation within the family business. A highly technical background in the construction industry combined with years of claims experience allows John to effectively deal with both commercial and domestic losses across a number of industries.

Having worked in the financial sector for 25 years for several large corporations Stuart is well placed in the organisation with his knowledge and competency in the insurance sector. Head of Global Sales and business development with responsibility for the national sales force. Promoting and networking the companies core values and services to Businesses and individuals.

With extensive experience in training and recruitment, Lucy joins Oakleafe as our new Head of Talent. She has a proven track record of working with top talent across insurance and financial services. Lucy brings a unique perspective to finding the perfect fit for finding and training our teams. Lucy focuses on driving our talent strategy, fostering growth, and enhancing our company culture to ensure we remain an employer of choice.

Debbie is based at our head office as HR Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. With a strong background in HR and FCA compliance, she has worked extensively for unions and is skilled in managing employee relations, HR processes, and organisational development. Debbie now applies her expertise to supporting and strengthening our HR functions across the business.

James has worked within the insurance industry for over 15 years. An excellent knowledge of the domestic claims industry specialising in complex and major loss.

Samantha joins Oakleafe Claims as a key member of our team, bringing 28 years of extensive experience in the Finance Industry. Samantha combines expert attention to detail with a deep understanding of financial processes, to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Her wealth of knowledge and dedication make her an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

A well-respected and meticulous member of the Oakleafe team since 2018 working within the finance team. Iulia is months away from obtaining her full MAAT and then obtain her chartered accountancy qualification.

Lee is our Marketing Manager, bringing nearly 20 years of marketing experience within the insurance industry. She holds her Cert CII qualification and is highly skilled in leading successful campaigns and building high-performing teams. Lee plays a key role in driving our marketing strategy and strengthening our brand presence across all channels.

Victoria Bagnall serves as the Marketing Executive at our Stoke-on-Trent office. She brings valuable experience from her previous marketing role in the motor trade, where she notably contributed to the recognition of various vehicle awards through her campaigns. Victoria holds an undergraduate degree in English and Journalism, and a Master's in English. She is eager to leverage her expertise to enhance our marketing strategies and drive growth within the Midlands.

Jane joins our Midlands office as Operations Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in administration, HR, payroll, and finance. With a strong background in people management and process improvement, she has successfully led teams, streamlined operations, and supported senior management on a wide range of HR and business functions. Kerry is an experienced Executive Administrator with a proven track record in optimising productivity and office operations to ensure an efficient HQ environment. Paul leads Oakleafe’s commercial claims division, managing ultra-high net worth losses across the UK. A specialist in Business Interruption, he is also a senior CII lecturer and examiner. Paul combines deep technical expertise with a mentoring role across the group, helping maintain excellence in complex claims handling.

Raj has been handling insurance claims for 32 years. He currently specialises in both commercial and domestic claims with ultra-high-net-worth major and complex claims. Raj thrives off his efficiency at providing his clients with excellent claims service. Raj compliments his expertise with multilingual ability in English, Gujrati, Kiswahili, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Aaron joined Oakleafe from a property management background overseeing over 10,000 properties. Rising quickly through the ranks, he is now Head of Domestic Claims, known for his expertise in handling complex domestic losses. His technical knowledge and experience make him a key leader in the business.

With over 45 years of experience in the Claims Assessing industry. Ray has dealt with all manner of insurance claims, large and small, both residential and commercial. Ray specializes in ultra-high net worth major and complex losses.

Jack is an experienced insurance professional with over 10 years in the industry, specialising in managing high-value claims. For the past three years, he has been helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance claims, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Jack has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and achieving favourable outcomes for clients.

Michael has extensive first-hand experience in being the first point of contact for clients and has an understanding of the impact that sudden damage has on the home and business owner. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Loss Adjusters and with his customer-focused approach, is well equipped to ensure the optimal outcome for the policyholder.

Scott has over 8 years of experience handling property Insurance claims. Scott has worked for multiple major insurance companies. He has dealt with vastly different roles which have allowed him to learn the trade from numerous angles.

With a strong background as a production manager for a busy workwear company, Ryan brings valuable expertise, including exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines. April brings extensive sales and customer service experience from the automotive and home improvement sectors. F.C.A. accredited and highly target-driven, she is passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless service from first contact through to completion. Based in Glasgow, April focuses on developing new business and driving growth across the region.

Harry is an experienced IT engineer who consistently delivers high-quality results, who will contribute to the company's growth. With extensive expertise in IT, Harry plays a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes and fostering collaboration across teams. Known for his strategic thinking and attention to detail, Harry is dedicated to achieving excellence and continuously improving processes.

Tomasz is our first Graduate Claims Technician in the London East office. Tomasz brings to our London office a wealth of experience from the motor trade, where he managed the after-sales department for BMW. His background in customer service, negotiation, and process management gives him excellent transferrable skills for his new chosen path with Oakleafe. Upon completing the Oakleafe Academy, he will obtain three qualifications: Level 3 Insurance Practitioner, Certified CILA, and BDMA certification. These achievements will make him a valuable member of not only Oakleafe, but also the insurance industry as a whole.

Amelia is our People & Talent Assistant, bringing enthusiasm and a passion for supporting others. She is currently completing a HR Support Apprenticeship, working toward her CIPD Level 3 qualification. Amelia plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR and talent initiatives, helping to enhance onboarding, training, and team development across the business.

Gabriella Hebditch is our SEO & Digital Executive, bringing extensive experience in digital marketing and website development. She holds an HNC in Digital Marketing and has built and optimised various websites for national and international businesses, delivering strategies that increase traffic, generate leads, and enhance overall online performance.
