He is also a Qualified Building Surveyor and holds accreditations with RICS, CIOB, CILA, CII, IPLA, CABE, CMI, IFAA, C.B

Dean is the Group Director who heads operations nationally. Extensive experience in both domestic and commercial claims, specialising in large and complex losses. Complimenting his 25 years claims expertise Dean is also a Qualified Building surveyor with honorary Fellow status.

Paul forms part of the industry leading business interruption team and heads up the London and south regional operations at Oakleafe.

With a strong background in property claims, Rory previously worked as a Property Claims Specialist for many years, where he developed in-depth expertise in managing and resolving complex claims. His comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, combined with a keen focus on customer service and operational efficiency, enables him to lead his team, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction across the region.

She delivers our online media presence and works closely with the marketing team to achieve our strategic objectives. Sarah's speciality includes content marketing, SEO, display advertising, website optimisation and analytics. She also maintains our systems architecture.

Rob has previously been a consultant with digital marketing, SEO and lead generation since 2008. He began supporting small and medium sized business owners before heading a global payments company's online operation. Rob has developed expertise in a variety of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing and leveraging through AI. His passion is AI & SEO and when he’s not doing that he can be found on the training pitch coaching his youth football team.
