Lee is the 8th generation of family members to run the Oakleafe group of companies and has significant experience in the Insurance claim industry with both domestic and commercial claims.

He is also a Chartered Building Surveyor and holds accreditations with RICS, CIOB, CILA, CII, IPLA, CABE, CMI, IFAA, C.Build.E and APM

Dean is the Group Director who heads operations nationally. Extensive experience in both domestic and commercial claims, specialising in large and complex losses.
Complimenting his 25 years claims expertise Dean is also a Chartered Building surveyor with honorary Fellow status.

A highly regarded loss assessor within the insurance industry. John has over 45 years helping clients with all types of claims as the 7th generation within the family business. A highly technical background in the construction industry combined with years of claims experience allows John to effectively deal with both commercial and domestic losses across a number of industries.

A key Director who has been dealing with ultra-high net worth and complex claims internationally for historic clients, their families, their industries, and their communities in the Claims management industry since the 1980s.

Jade supports the Oakleafe Directors & oversees all UK Operations across the regional offices. Having worked in the financial sector for 25 years for several large corporations Stuart is well placed in the organization with his knowledge and competency in the insurance sector.  Head of Group Sales and business development with responsibility for the national sales force. Promoting and networking the companies core values and services to Businesses and individuals.  

Mark joined Oakleafe after a successful career in the fitness and leisure industry. A wealth of established connections across the gymnasium and security sector allows mark to be the first point of contact to assist clients nationwide with material damage and business interruption claims.

Paul has been working in customer facing working environments for over 20 years. A keen member of a number of industry networking groups and a thorough understanding of the regulatory requirements within the claims management industry. 

A specialist in Policy interpretation and claims management with a wealth of knowledge and understanding having worked previously for a TPA/Insurer. Grant specializes in Large/Complex domestic and commercial claims and technical repudiations. Heading the Midlands office Grant is very much hands-on with his client's claims and management.

James has worked within the insurance industry for over 15 years.  An excellent knowledge of the domestic claims industry specialising in complex and major loss.

Raj has been handling insurance claims for 32 years. He currently specialises in both commercial and domestic claims with ultra-high-net-worth major and complex claims. Raj thrives off his efficiency at providing his clients with excellent claims service. Raj compliments his expertise with multilingual ability in English, Gujrati, Kiswahili, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Darrell is responsible for  client account activity audits related to RMAR and CASS as part of our  FCA compliance obligations at Oakleafe for over 10 years. Darrell also holds a first-class degree.

A well-respected and meticulous member of the Oakleafe team since 2018 working within the finance team. Iulia is months away from obtaining her full MAAT  and then obtain her chartered accountancy qualification.

Elle provides compliance and staff development support across the group. FCA and accreditation compliance is fundamental to our operations. Also educated to degree level in adult learning and proactive in enhancing the firm's skill set, qualifications, and knowledge base specific to the claims management industry.

Mattey provides invaluable language assistance to reflect the diverse communities we support. A fluent ability to translate key European languages and Asian key dialects including Malay, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Yue and Wu.

An industry professional in compliance, risk, and assurance with experience in business oversight. A long-standing career in SME investigations, Financial Crime, and regulatory enquires working both in the U.K and Latin America.

John is a chartered loss adjuster with over 40 years of experience in business interruption, property, and special risks claims. He became a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1976 and of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters in 1987. He acts in the capacity of BI claims consultant on large and technical claims.

Adam transfers across his 24 years of experience within the broking and underwriting world as a policy technical advisor across the group. A Lloyds syndicate member and advocate for the insurance claims industry.

Paul has been working in financial services for over 30 years and is a specialist in forensic and analytic accountancy. Paul has experience in the London accountancy sector for banking, wealth management and audit providers and brings vast experience to assist in preparing and presenting financial loss data for policyholders in the event of a claim.

Danielle is an experienced administrator who has significant experience in financial and legal process management. She is a qualified legal secretary and also holds accreditations with ILEX & City & Guilds.

David's career in the insurance claims industry spans three decades and includes time spent working in the claims offices of major UK insurers and over ten years of loss-adjusting experience.  David holds qualifications from the CII and BDMA and leads our Scotland office.

Tony has  worked in accountancy practice for over forty years covering most aspects of accountancy during that time. Working in all kinds of places from Solicitors to Scrap Metal Dealers .His main strength is working from scratch taking the job to completion.

Paul brings a wealth of Technical, Project and Business management experience from 17 years’ operating in the Property Insurance and Disaster Recovery industry. Responsible for growing and maintaining a first-class contractor network ensures all Oakleafe clients enjoy a seamless, high-quality end to end service on claims.

Dennis joins Oakleafe with over 16 years customer service experience within finance and insurance. Dennis’ main objective is to obtain the best possible outcome for the customer at every opportunity.

Scott has over 8 years of experience handling property Insurance claims. Scott has worked for multiple major insurance companies. He has dealt with vastly different roles which have allowed him to learn the trade from numerous angles.

Pius comes from a long-standing career spanning two decades within the insurance industry, holding positions as Insurance Claims Manager, Insurance Broker and Loss Adjuster. Pius is skilled at both domestic and commercial losses.

An established entrepreneur and innovator, Sir Henry is extremely well connected and has significant experience in a number of business sectors. Complimenting the board, he heads our business development, sales & marketing initiatives at Oakleafe by bringing a fresh approach to growth through mentoring and motivation.

Abbas is an experienced claims handler that includes property damage claims, third party liability claims and injury claims both fast and multi-track from start to settlement. He has worked with multiple insurers in different roles gaining essential experience including litigation. He is a result driven individual who focuses on achieving the most favourable outcomes for his clients. He holds accreditations in LLB Hons, LLM International Commercial Law, CILA and C&D Law Society.

Pamela has worked as a Loss Adjuster for over 20 years both in the UK and internationally. Pamela holds qualifications of CIP, Dip CII Claims and is working to complete Dip CILA.

Pamela is passionate about helping our clients receive fair and equitable treatment.

With over 30 years industry experience, Ray has worked with a national insurer dealing with domestic and commercial claims, loss adjusters and forensic accountancy practices. His speciality is dealing with lost profit and business interruption claims . He specialises in large and complex losses having settled several thousand claims during his time .

As Head of HR, Emily is responsible for all Human Resources related matters, inclusive of but not restricted to: Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction, Employee Relations & Conflict Management, Performance, Offboarding and all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Emily holds a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management and provides a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources. Through HR function, Emily strives to ensure a positive working culture for both the employees and the overall business.

Katherine is an experienced Claims Technician with nearly a decade of claims handling experience which includes time working with some of the largest insurance companies and loss adjusting firms in the UK. Katherine is passionate about getting the best results for her clients and making sure clients feel comfortable and supported on their claim journey.

Kerry is an experienced Executive Administrator with a proven track record in optimising productivity and office operations to ensure an efficient HQ environment. Kerry has strong organisational and implementation skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.

She is committed to optimising procedures, workflow and communications within the organisation.

Glen compliments Oakleafe with a distinguished record of senior-level operational and relationship management across the private and public sectors. A naturally entrepreneurially-minded leader, he is totally committed to developing and mentoring client-focused, target-driven and commercially astute individuals and teams who are capable of fast-to-market service delivery at the highest level.

Rob has over 25 years of experience on both sides of the claim sector a Loss Assessor & Loss Adjuster for Insurers. Rob is a member of CILA and CII. Having become disconcerted with the adjusting industry, he has reverted to working with us aiding the insured to reach a fair and reasonable settlement.

Sebastien has over 20 years’ experience in business development and holds the clients at the centre of everything he does. He is a member of AMBCI and Founder of the Resiliency Institute.

Gary has over 30 years experience in marketing and is a Fellow of The Sales & Marketing institute. He has worked with major household names and specialises in Business to Business activities for Oakleafe, with brings a niche approach to solution selling and relationship building.

Andreea has a BSc in International Relations & Politics. She joined the team after 5 years in customer service and is a diligent individual with a practical "get things done" mentality. Her outstanding traits include a great eye for detail & exceptional problem-solving abilities, which promise to improve the claims process and guarantee client satisfaction.

Richard has over 30 years of customer facing sales experience. Richard prides himself on being friendly, approachable and reliable. He is well placed to communicate with clients and the technical team the main requirements of our clients claims.

Duane has 10 years’ passionate experience in disaster recovery dealing with everything from large scale flooding both domestic and commercial fire & smoke damage. A proven track record of dealing with major & complex loss claims on the restorative side, he also has 8 years experience as a construction manager working in civils, commercial projects, listed buildings and interior fit outs.

Hayley is a bright and efficient Office Manager, who is our super friendly first point of contact for all enquiries. Hayley is qualified with a BA (Hons) in Sociology, Politics and Social Policy. Her professional manner and exquisite attention to detail means that clients can expect a high level of service from her respective office.

Michael has extensive first-hand experience in being the first point of contact for clients and has an understanding of the impact that sudden damage has on the home and business owner. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Loss Adjusters and with his customer-focused approach, is well equipped to ensure the optimal outcome for the policyholder.

In the 10 years Harrison has worked in the construction industry, he has experience in a range of roles from from labourer to contracts manager. Harrison has worked on a variety of builds from multi-million pound commercial contracts to residential council development and maintenance contracts. He has run his own business and brings a wealth of experience to the role. By liaising with and assisting the process around the Networks he ensures the client is fully catered for from start to finish.

Jonathan brings a wealth of technical knowledge, with over 18 years’ experience within the construction & maintenance industries . He has worked for major loss adjusters and insurers with a strong background in insurance works. Specialising in construction, his background is in structural and subsidence damage. He is responsible for growing and maintaining a first rate contractor network in his region and assisting the transition between claims handling and reinstatement.

Rob has previously been a consultant with digital marketing, SEO and lead generation since 2008. He began supporting small and medium sized business owners before heading a global payments company's online

operation. Rob has developed expertise in a variety of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing and leveraging through AI. His passion is AI & SEO and when he’s not doing that he can be found on the training pitch coaching his youth football team.
