Announcing Oakleafe's Annual Charity Golf Day 2023. Taking place 21st of July 2023, at Langdon Hill's Golf Club.
We are pleased to announce the return of our much-anticipated event. This year, we have some exciting offerings and surprises in store for all participants and attendees, so you certainly won't want to miss out!
Following last year's success, we are back, bigger and better, with an even more ambitious fundraising goal. This year, we're aiming to raise significant funds for two incredible charities: the Children's Sports Connections Foundation and Strong Bones. These organisations work tirelessly to provide opportunities and support for children facing immense challenges. We believe that every child deserves a chance to experience the joy of sport, and that's why we're rallying together to make a difference.
Entry for a 4-ball team is set at £375, a cost that includes more than just an afternoon of golfing. Each registration includes a sumptuous dinner prepared by Langdon Hill's exceptional culinary team, ensuring you'll have a delightful experience to cap off a day on the greens. Refreshments throughout the day are also included, ensuring you stay hydrated and energised for the competition.
But the excitement doesn't stop on the golf course. We'll be hosting an array of fun-filled activities, including raffles and auctions, where you could be in with a chance to win some remarkable prizes. Not only will you have a fantastic day out, but you'll also be contributing to two noble causes.
Oakleafe's annual golf day's first charity ofchoice is the Sports Connections Foundation. They believe that sport is one of the most powerful tools on the planet, and it has the greatest impact on the lives of children and young people when it's being used for social good
Committed to helping educate thousands of children every week in fun and practical ways, using sport to teach about those in the world affected by hardship and poverty. Their aim is to increase the number of exciting opportunities and exit routes for children and young people through new dynamic partnerships and wonderful connections.

Oakleafe's annual golf day's second charity of choice is the Strongbones Children’s Charitable Trust who help families and disabled children who have complex needs alongside bone conditions, such as spina bifida, brittle bone disease and scoliosis. They not only provide support, and workshops but also essential equipment needed that would otherwise be unavailable on the NHS.
They also also provide support for parents and carers, access to sports and activities and family interaction days for the benefit of children and young people under the age of twenty one who have complex needs and also a diagnosis of a serious muscular skeletal condition such as scoliosis, bone cancer, scoliosis or spina bifida. Supporting children in England, Wales and Scotland.
