In August 2022, a significant electrical fault led to a fire outbreak at Le-Mi Trading Supermarket, a Commercial premises in London. The commercial fire caused substantial damage to the internal and external aspects of the building, putting the company out of business for approximately one year.

Despite the initial devastation, the refurbishment project and the business interruption claim that followed serve as a notable example of effective crisis management and restoration, culminating in a positive outcome for the property owners.
