Tiernan is our first Graduate Claims Technician in the Belfast office. Tiernan joins us from a background in the Food & Beverage industry, where he successfully managed public houses in Covent Garden. His experience in customer service, problem-solving, and operational management equips him with valuable skills and a great base for his continued growth. Upon completing the Oakleafe Academy, he will obtain three qualifications: Level 3 Insurance Practitioner, Certified CILA, and BDMA certification. These achievements will make him a valuable member of not only Oakleafe, but also the insurance industry as a whole.
