Laura is our first graduate claims technician in Glasgow, Scotland, for Oakleafe Claims. Laura is eager to learn and grow in her role. Laura is focused on gaining hands-on experience, developing new skills, and building a strong understanding of the claims process. Upon completing the Oakleafe Academy, she will obtain three qualifications: Level 3 Insurance Practitioner, Certified CILA, and BDMA certification. These achievements will make her a valuable member of not only Oakleafe Claims, but also the insurance industry as a whole.
